Based on your research, you must develop a service program and deliver a 15-minute oral presentation on it with the use of audio-visual resources (e.g. Powerpoint presentation). This will be a roleplay simulation in class, with other students from diverse backgrounds roleplaying the role of service users and the assessor as a colleague. The presentation must include the following:

• Requirements and needs of specific and diverse service user groups and individuals

2. Program planning and development:

• Program design and resourcing
• Accountability and governance

3. Program implementation and monitoring:

• Implementation systems and procedures
• Identifying the key staff involved and their responsibilities
• Risk, regulatory and sustainability considerations o standards, codes and legislation compliance

4. Program monitoring and evaluation:

• Feedback and complaints procedures
• Evaluation and continuous improvement processes

At the end of your presentation, you must collect at least three (3) feedback forms from your audience. The feedback form will include comments or questions regarding the information you have provided about the service program. Once you have received your feedback forms, you will need to compile and analyse them, and then revise your Powerpoint presentation accordingly to reflect the appropriate changes suggested by your audience.
