Background
Large amounts of data are made available by many different organisations. This data can be used by the public. In this assessment you will use data from Main Roads Western Australia. The data set is in regards to car accidents over a 5 year period. In this assessment you will write an application to receive requests from the user, process these requests and provide answers.

The Big Picture
For this assignment you will develop a program that takes information about vehicle accidents, where they occurred, if there were fatalities and more. It will also take the location of a point from which you will base your car crash calculations from. It will then perform several calculations given different parameters and display this data to the user. For example, you will need to do things such as:
• receive input from the user about a specific location;
• calculate the distance from that specified location to the nearest car accident;
