Assignment 2: Mortgage Broker Management System (A System Modelling Document)  
The second assignment is based on the same situation as the first assignment (Mortgage  Broker Management System). The aim of this assignment is to produce a system modelling  document that uses appropriate notations.  
Deliverables and marking criteria:  
?A written system modelling document  
o An electronic copy as Zip format for part 1, 2 and 3 through Canvas system.  
o In part 1:  
You are required to give a detailed structural model of the domain  concepts (ONE class diagram), in UML notation. This is expected to  include class names, attributes, methods, associations and their  multiplicities.  
Produce a sketch of the architectural design with functionalities for the  system.  
o In part 2:  
Draw one UML Activity Diagram and one UML Sequence Diagram to  represent each of your written use-cases. That means you need to draw  10 activity diagrams AND 10 sequence diagrams to explain the  detailed process as you have 10 written use-cases.  
o In part 3:  
Create a medium fidelity prototype of your interface design using any  graphic software, HTML, CSS, or other prototyping tools.  
Write a detail storyboard for the prototype in less than 5 pages.  
Write the youtube video URL link in your assignment.  
Zip all source code and screen shots if you have.  
Hints for the students:  
Part 1:  
The class diagram should present an overview of the whole system. Again the  marking will focus on whether your design is reasonable and on whether the notations  you use are correct.  
For the system architecture design, you need to select the type of software system  you will choose and explain briefly why you select it. Produce a sketch of the architectural design with functionalities for the system.  
Part 2:  
With regard to the UML activity diagrams and UML sequence diagrams, the marking  will concentrate on the rationality of your design and the proper notations you use to  express your design ideas. The matching between your selected business process  (written use-case) and your activity/sequence diagrams will be assessed.  
Part 3:  
Create a medium fidelity prototype of your interface design using HTML, CSS,  JQuery mobile or other prototyping tools. It is expected that your prototype is a high  quality prototype without any functionality. You need to show the prototype demo in  your 8 minutes Youtube video and you should step through your prototype to  demonstrate how your system works to support a mortgage broker company.  
(You do NOT need to implement any function for your prototype;  
NO mark will be given for the backend function implementation).  
Write a detailed storyboard for the prototype in less than 5 pages.  
You need to upload a 8 minutes video to YouTube. Video title should be  [Your_Name]_Assignment2_Video. Please write the youtube video URL link in your  assignment.  
Assignment 2 (Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3) due on week 12 Monday (16th November) at 9:00am 
Part 4:  
Week 12 tutorial class exercises to practice the sample exam questions and learn how  to do the on-line exam in week 14. Your tutor will give you some hints for how to answer each question like other normal tutorial classes. He will also teach you the  techniques for how to download and answer the sample exam questions which includes: Multiple choices, True/False, short questions, draw different UML  diagrams and submit your answers on-line (e.g. using Visio, Draw-IO, hand drawing,  save as pdf, take photo using your phones, save as image files
