(b) Identify whether your chosen organisation is likely to have a mechanistic or organic structure and justify this with THREE (3) reasons. 
Task 2 (L02 & L03) — 20 Marks (a) With reference to Porter's Five Forces, identify TWO (2) forces where your chosen organisation could be threatened by changes in the external environment, and explain why. 

(b) For each of the TWO (2) forces you have discussed above, identify ONE (1) way in which the organisation will have to change to address the challenge. Ensure that you give at least TWO (2) factors the organisation should consider in making the changes, for each force discussed. 
Task 3 (L03 & L04) — 20 Marks

(a) Analyse your chosen organisation against the three layers of Schien's (1980) model organisational culture, giving TWO (2) examples from each layer which might have a positive or negative impact on the organisation's performance.

(b) Discuss THREE (3) ways in which your chosen organisation might communicate with its employees, explaining why these methods would align with the organisation's culture and improve the organisation's performance.
