You will need to select an industry in which your client will be establishing their business. You need to ensure that you provide country information specific to your client’s business/ industry. This will allow you to develop an insightful comparative analysis of different management strategies and practices. 

You are expected to use information from the presentations in weeks 7 & 8 in which groups presented an environmental analysis of the possible countries.

Your report will be 2500 words in length. The structure of the report will be explained on the Learning@Griffith site. You will discuss and analyse the following aspects of management:

1. Entry strategies;
2. Management decision-making approaches;
3. Control processes; and,
4. Organizational structures.

In your report you will present an overview of each of these aspects of management before using the contextual information to determine the best methods of operation.

You should include scholarly material to support your discussion and reference these using endnotes with the reference list using the APA or Harvard referencing style (see the Referencing style guide on the Learning@Griffith site to understand how to reference correctly in the resource). Scholarly material includes peer-reviewed journal articles, conference papers, theses and credible websites (e.g. government, business or industry). The assigned readings in this course should be particularly useful. It is expected that you would have a minimum of 10 sources, including the presentation from another group.
