Your structured report should include

1. An abstract, introduction and discussion and conclusion.  The introduction should include a brief country profile to provide context for the health system analysis. 

2. The main report body that includes a section on each of the components of the health system (using each of the WHO building blocks to help you structure) and a comparison of the systems between your two chosen countries.  

3. A discussion that identifies challenges and discusses how population/preventive health services are integrated into the health systems.  

4. A REFLECTION section (2-3 paragraphs) on the assessment process and what you have learnt about health systems from the task.
