Based on your review of the Channel Tunnel Project:  Introduce the causes of the complexity aspects in the case of the Channel Tunnel Project.   Do you agree it is a complex project? Why do you think so? (i.e. justify your answer).  (3 marks)

Complexity Factors: 
In Chapter 1 Terry Cooke-Davies 2011 discussed the five factors of complexity.  Analyse each of these five factors in the case of the Channel Tunnel Project.

In Chapter 2 we explained the ICCPM outcomes and the factors that contribute to the complexity in various projects. Discuss five of these factors and map them to the Channel Tunnel case. List specific relevant events from the Channel Tunnel Project that support your discussion and analysis.
