1. Conceptual Model: A complete Entity-relationship diagram based on the Crow's foot notation. The model will comprise of ENTITIES, RELATIONSHIPS, and ATTRIBUTES including primary and foreign keys. You are required to use Microsoft Visio or an alternative diagramming software. Where there is a lack of information, you will state and comment on clearly defined assumptions.

2. Logical Model and Design: Based on the conceptual model above, choose and list the columns with appropriate data types for each table. Produce a plan for a navigation menu to show some forms and reports You will produce snapshots of the designs of at least three (data entry) forms and three reports based on the requirements in the sections above. I am not expecting any formal methods, but bonus marks will be given for the clarity of the methodology, tools or techniques used. You are required to produce appropriate wireframe diagrams for your reports and forms.

3. Implementation in Oracle Apex 20.1 will comprise of around..

(i) A secure login page,

(ii) Data entry pages to populate all the tables (at least 10 rows of data for each table),

(iii) Appropriate constraints such as PK, FK, CHECK, Sequences.

(iv) At least 3 reports based on the information provided above.

(v) Use the 3 different types of users with varying level of privileges.

(vi) Appearance: appropriate theme with a company logo: graphical or textual. Some evidence of actual testing will assist you in gaining more marks.
