Because of your financial expertise, you have been seconded to the Strategy section at Domino's Pizza Plc Head Office ("Domino). The Domino's management team is increasingly concerned about the intensity of competition in the UK fast food retail sector. The strategy section has therefore been asked to embark on a detailed analysis of the present and predicted future competitive environment faced by Domino's, and is particularly concerned about the competitive threat posed by the leading players in the UK market.

Your task
As part of this overall analysis, you are required to prepare a group presentation or an individual summary report on Greggs Plc.

Your presentation or report needs to review the company’s recent financial performance, current financial position and future prospects in the light of its external environment and its own strategy, and concentrate in particular on the level of competitive threat that Greggs Plc poses to Domino's'
