Task to be completed–Part A
Review of the performance of the automotive workplace against its business plan over 12 months.  Use the template provided to develop your contingency plans and write your report in 500-800 words.
1.    Using the workplace business plan provided by your trainer/assessor, analyse the goals and key performance indicators (KPI’s).  
2.    Assess the relevance of the goals and KPI’s to each operational area of the business.
3.    Identify three (3) gaps and risks that may impede the achievement of the business’s goals and KPI’s.
4.    Develop a strategy to mitigate each risk identified in Q3 to allow the business to meet its goals and KPI’s.
5.    Develop a contingency plan to address possible areas of non-conformance with the business plan.  A contingency plan should consist of the following points and be 500-800 words in length.
