Using the resources provided, this assessment task requires you to demonstrate, to your assessor, how to locate, identify and interpret (correctly explain) the structure (scope & nature) of the construction industry, different occupations, job roles and construction employment conditions including applicable safe work methods and practices that meet Australian government and state and territory OHS legislative requirements. You will also need to demonstrate compliance with Liberty College organisational policies and work quality requirements pertaining to you as an enrolled learner/student.

1. Locate and identify the “Introduction to the National Employment Standards.” Read through the document then interpret (correctly explain) in your own words the following:
