He needs this addressed immediately to avoid any incidents or penalties if the site is inspected by the authorities.  

Jai has requested that you:

- determine the areas of risk 

- complete the inspection report  

- advise him of your recommendations to mitigate the identified risks using the appropriate control measures. 

Part A: Identify and report on risks in the workplace

Based on the image, complete a risk assessment and provide a report which includes a completed inspection. The report must also include the specific WHS legislations and requirements for various contractors working on the site.
