Scenario
Over the past 12 months you have become an integral part of the management team at Sullivon Constructions, assisting in various areas of the business in your role as a site supervisor. 
Jake Sullivon has been reviewing all existing policies and procedures for the business and would like you to assist him with the development of any identified gaps in the procedures It is important to ensure the business is meeting all the legislative and regulatory requirements as well as meeting the values and morals which are at the core of Sullivon Constructions. 
Jake will email you the specific details of the work he would like you to complete.

Part A: Develop and implement dispute resolution procedures
Jake has emailed you with tasks for you to complete and has requested that you review the current Sullivon website and confirm that Sullivon has a procedure in place to handle business disputes. If not, Jake would like you to develop a draft procedure to address the gaps which have been identified and forward to him for review and approval at the next board meeting.
For this activity you will need to conduct research into the legislative and regulatory requirements surrounding dispute resolution in the workplace and complete the following two (3) tasks. 
You will need to:

Task 1: Research and develop a dispute resolution procedure 
Conduct a review of the Sullivon website and determine if an existing dispute resolution procedure is in place. 
Conduct all necessary research related to dispute resolutions within the workplace and complete all sections of the procedure template provided in Appendix A. You must ensure you have addressed the all the points listed below with as much detail as possible: 
1. Outline the purpose and scope of the dispute resolution procedure and how Sullivon can effectively deal with disputes. You must also highlight the types of reactions which might result from a dispute which will warrant the procedure to be implemented. (e.g. anger)
