Appendix C: Project Description
Metharom Construction has been contracted to build a 2 bedroom house at 300 Cherry Blossom Ave, Ascot vale, VIC, 3032. The works are being performed on behalf of Miss Stefanie Abraham who has hired her own architect, and brought her own plans and project documents. The contract is therefore construct only.

It is expected that, generally, works will be performed as follows:
 Phase 1: 28 business days (Planning, permits, site inspections, soil tests, sourcing of materials, and selection of subcontractors, etc)
 Phase 2: 10 business days (Equipment planning, establishment of site access, material deliveries, etc)
 Phase 3: 75 business days (Construction works, including: foundation, frame, roofing, plumbing, insulation, and sarking, etc)
 Phase 4: 17 business days (Finishes, appliances, walls, floors, final checks, etc) Out of consideration for neighbouring properties, building works will occur between Monday to Friday, and between 7:30am and 6pm wherever possible.
