Scenario
You have been supplied with a data file containing information about a number of computing pioneers. The details for each computing pioneer is contained on a separate line that is split into first name, last name and notoriety (why they are famous). Each of these fields is comma separated. On examination of the file it can be seen that the first and last name fields do not contain characters but instead have an eight-bit binary pattern which is separated by semi- colons. This sequence of eight-bit binary numbers will need to be converted to decimal values which represent the letter’s ASCII code value. These characters will need to be concatenated into a string representing the first and last name before being sorted by surname and written back to a file with the associated notoriety field (See file excerpt below).

Tasks
-Create a model for storing the incoming data.
-Read the incoming data into a queue data structure (Lab 7 Week 8). Do not use the Java Collection Queue.
-Use a stack data structure to convert the eight-bit binary values to their decimal equivalents (Lab 6 Week 7). Do not use the Java Collection Stack.
-Create a class which has at least two methods named convert To Dec and convert To Char.
-Create a class which has at least one method called sort implementing the algorithm provided. Do not use the Java Collection Sort.
-Your app should have the ability to read the test data from a supplied file.
-Your app should have the ability to write the converted text and associated fields to a csv file.
