1. Overview of the System 

For this coursework, you will need to create a working OpenNebula Cloud environment. To set this up you will need to create a Virtual machine in a way similar to how you worked from home during the pandemic lockdown. Please note that you are only marked for tasks 1 and 2. The VM is required so that you can complete both tasks. Instructions to build the VM are as follows: 

Task 1: OpenNebula Installation (Total 40 marks) 

You must now Install Opennebula. To be awarded the marks for this section a working ONE Dashboard page with you logged in as Admin is required as well as all the screenshots with all the commands you typed and the correct methodology to get there. This is essentially Labsheet 02 of the Unit. 

Task 2: OVS Networking (Total of 60 marks) 

You must now configure OpenVSwitch on your system. To be awarded the marks for this section a correct printout of the command “ovs-vsctl show” is required as all the screenshots with all the commands you typed and the correct methodology to get there. This is essentially Labsheet 05 of the Unit.
