Creating a 3D Rendered Model For a Residential Building

Assignment Task

Model and render the assigned House building as discussed. Assume any missing dimensions. An acceptable model will contain the following:

• Walls, internal partitions.
• Roofs and floor slabs.
• Openings, with glass and wooden mullions where needed
• Furniture and interior elements (if you choose to do the interior)
• Landscape and pavements around the building (if you choose to do the exterior)
• Proper creation and application of 3DS MAX materials to indicate different real materials of the model.
• A background image depicting the site settings (you might create your own).
• You can add some AEC trees of necessary (be careful with the number of vertices in the model).
• Appropriate lighting scheme(s) of your choice to illuminate the model.
• Three cameras to create three different views.
