This may be news to you, but hockey is getting big in Northern China, Bulgaria, and Romania. Blue Line Hockey Sticks has decided to capitalize on the trend by setting up subsidiaries in each of these countries. 

You have been appointed Vice President of Human Resources (HR) for one of these subsidiaries. In this position, you are responsible for setting guidelines that protect your company's reputation and the brand's integrity while respecting local values and customs, and supporting the company's financial goals. The choice of country is up to you. 
Your duties include:

 providing input on the company's organizational structure and leadership style
