b. How can they be used by an organisation seeking to improve their creative ability? (LO2, LO4)

4. Define innovation and critically examine its’ role vis-à-vis creativity. (LO1, LO3)

5. Critically assess what you see as the 3 key factors necessary for an organisation to be innovative. (LO3, LO4)

As the 5 elements of the portfolio broadly mirror the development of the module as it progresses throughout the teaching block, you are advised to ensure your ongoing
attendance at both lectures and seminars In addition to these elements you are required to provide (in the appendices) reflections on your learning experiences in 4 seminars you have attended.
