Select one of the following scenarios on which to base your crime prevention plan:

Scenario 1: Workplace aggression

Employees at a major hospital face victimisation by patients as well as the general public. Occasionally, patients or concerned family and friends become aggressive and hostile towards hospital staff. The hospital needs a crime prevention plan to help protect hospital staff and patients from victimisation.

Scenario 2: Alcohol-related violence and the night-time economy

As part of its CPTED plan, a local council wants to develop its night-time economy to encourage economic and social activity in the central business area. The council is concerned about the possibility of alcohol-related violence. As such, the council is requesting a crime prevention plan to help protect citizens and the public from the risks of victimisation.

Scenario 3: Victimisation and public transport

A major university in south-western Sydney is concerned about student safety, as many students travel by public transport. The university would like a crime prevention plan that addresses the safety of students travelling between Liverpool station and the university, to prevent victimisation on public transport.

You will write a 2000-word prevention plan in the form of a report, advising your client of the most appropriate prevention strategy for their specific needs based on your chosen scenario.

Your crime prevention plan must include:
