The expected font will be Times New Roman with a font size of 12 and 1.25" margins all around; the paper is due at the start of class and will make up 30% of the final grade. The paper consists of two components.

• The first component will be a traditional research paper and will include the appropriate references.

The course text provides various problem-oriented policing models and you are asked to select a model that will be used as the template for your selected issue. In completing the application aspect, the course text should serve as theprimary resource.
