The administration has X workstations, Customer support has X+30 workstations, Hardware has X+20 workstations, HR has X+35 workstations and Sales has X+40 workstations. Generally, each department has its own applications, but some applications require inter-department data transfer and also between another interacted department “Melbourne “ All workstations need internet access, Company intranet access to another department. Access to local and remote servers and also access to email and Web servers. Email and web servers located in the Sydney department on the ground floor and also email back up and file backup servers in the Melbourne department. Melbourne department has X+50 computers,2 back up servers and three printers.
