Students are to develop a health resource (A4 poster) aimed at promoting the inclusive practice in nursing. The resource should provide information about inclusive practice and strategies to be more inclusive in nursing practice. 

The heading for the poster is "Working better together". The poster will outline diversity in the workplace and how we work with other nurses and healthcare professionals and patients from different cultures and with varied abilities, and how we can work better together. Your poster must include 3-5 strategies as bullet points outlining how to be more inclusive in your nursing practice. Poster submission must be A4 and converted to pdf document. In-text referencing must be used for text and images. The reference list must be attached to your poster and submitted via the dropbox within the one submission. 

Part B: Appraisal (800 words) 
In Part, A students designed a "Working better together" poster to help promote inclusive practice in nursing. In this task, students were asked to provide 3-5 strategies nurses can use to be more inclusive in their nursing practice. 

In Part B, students are to discuss three (3) of the strategies listed in their health resource in Part A. The discussion will include a description of each strategy and how that strategy can be used to improve inclusive practice.
