Introductions

This assessment asks students to complete a critical analysis of a field of occupational therapy practice of their choosing (for example, mental health, paediatrics, vocational rehabilitation, acute hospitals or rehabilitation etc., students will need to choose a more specific area within some of these fields to adequately address the assessment criteria). The field of practice should be of interest to the students and one in which they would consider applying for work in. Students are expected to utilise a range of resources (journal articles, books, media releases, government publications, newsletters, electronic media and other resources) to form their critical analysis.
