Topic: Organisational Commitment Task Details: Organisational commitment is important for organisations. but which commitment is more important? Is affective or continuance commitment more important? In the academic essay, the students must explain how organizational commitment is linked to job satisfaction, and the consequences of both affective and continuance commitment. Students must support their argument with appropriate organisational behaviour theories and models. 

In discussing the topic, students must refer to applicable organisational behaviour theories and apply their knowledge of leadership principles and processes to explain and exact effective leader and follower behaviours. 

The assessment intends to improve students' writing and analysis skills and add to their understanding of the applicability of organisational behaviour in the workplace.
