In order to complete the task you are required to: 1. Critique two discussion papers on a tourism related issue (18/30) – This critique evaluates the structure and content of each of the two chosen plans using the policy planning cycle. Understanding this framework prepares you for the discussion paper task that is in Assessment 3. 2.
