You are a back end developer working for web development agency. One of your clients wants to be able to set up polls they can send to their customers and see the responses. 

A member of the company should be able to add new poll questions which can then be shown to customers for their responses. The member of staff in charge of posting questions does not understand HTML or PHP and should be able to post new questions with their answers through a web based interface.
