Issues related to current work practices are not communicated well. Daily huddles would improve resident’s safety and team communication. Huddles are short meetings involving an interdisciplinary healthcare team. The main objective is to share information and proactively highlight concerns related to the safety of patients and workplace concerns and not solved issues (Stapley et al., 2017). Implementation of the huddle in SACF would build the culture of collaboration, inclusion, and participation
