Moreover, they have eight branches in bambalapitiya, galle, matara, kandy, They provide some services like network installation, computer repair, cloud base services and many more IT base services in Sri Lanka. Now they are about to move their head office in to new building with lot more new facilities. Before they move in to new building, they are required to construct its network. Following is the construction plan. 

They always visit clients’ site to install and configure network solutions but when they work on computer services, sometime clients need to bring their computers to “Cyber Service”. Sometime there maybe software issue, if so CS employee log in to client’s PC via their desktop sharing software to get this service each client need to get CS membership. CS having different departments like Marketing, Remote, Network, CCTV, Hardware, 

Tasks 

1. Select proper network topology for Cyber Service and critically discuss your selections 

2. Identify required types of servers (end devices) for Cyber Service and critically discuss your selections. 

3. Design a suitable network and match your design with Cyber Service specification 

a. Need to show your detailed network diagram clearly 

b. Need to provide correct IP addresses for each Department’s sub network 

c. Describe your network design clearly by using your own words 

4. Explain OSI reference model and map network devices which you have used when design your network. Also map and discuss about network protocols and select important few protocols for Cyber Service 

5. Discuss on relevant IEEE 802 standards and recommend proper one for the organization.  

6. Recommend the enhancements you could include into this network in terms of hardware, software, troubleshooting technology, Branch connection technology and monitoring technology against any network vandalism.
