You have been given the challenged to create and market a brand-new summer shoe to compete with the big-name brands, along with putting together a launch event to sell the product to major industry representatives in the next few months during fashion show. As the project manager, you are seeing that the product is completed well in time, test the market and signed off by the board before going to the fashion show.

Task:

You are to;

a) Establish your aims and objectives for the project. Outline objectives and timeframes based on the scenario set.

b) Produce an appropriate project management plan that includes relevant actions to meet objectives and timeframes.

c) Conduct research to generate knowledge which will form the basis for the analysis of the scenario posed in the brief.

d) Analyse your findings and draw conclusions to form the basis for recommendations.

e) Present and produce your project in an appropriate manner for the intended audience.

f) Communicate your recommendations in an appropriate manner for the intended audience.

g) Complete a performance review that addresses the following:

1. The success of the project and its usefulness in supporting organisational performance.

2. Your own performance.
