1. Identify four business problems that can be solved by insights from data analytics. Each problem must specifically relate to PFI’s deteriorating profitability. Clearly explain why each one is a business problem.

2. Describe how you would analyse each of the four business problems you identified Outline which data you would use from the datasets, and how you would apply the data analytics methods and techniques you have learnt in this course to analyse that data. Your four answers should be sufficiently distinctive and each analytics type (descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive) should be applied once.

3. For each of the four business problems, justify how the result of the analysis can contribute to solving the problem. 

4. Produce a data model in Power BI for the Survey dataset. Save a screenshot of your data model (Model view in Power BI) and copy it into the Word document you used in Task.Identify and explain the use of the primary key(s) and the cardinalities in the data mode.
