You are required to design and implement a database system using Oracle APEX. CEC database developed by your team should have well designed screens that are easy to use by CEC staff, traders, attendees, and reviewers. You are required to enter enough records in your database to demonstrate all the functionalities of your system.
For security reasons, authentication and authorization scheme must be implemented to show different features and data according to the users (see below). The implemented database system application must have the facilities/functionalities as listed below:

1. CEC staff should be able to use the CEC database system to:
• Generate emails and invitation letters to the prospective people (sending emails via APEX is optional, please do it if you can).
• Display the attendees’ details of for each conference (Master-Detail).
• Display the traders’ details and their products for each conference (Master-Detail).
• Display the details of all unpaid invoices.
• Display a Dashboard with a Bar chart that shows the count of traders per product and a Pie
chart that shows the count of paid vs unpaid invoices.
• Enter the details of a new conference.
• Enter the details of an invoice (Master-Detail).
• Allocate proposals to reviewers.
• Generate emails to inform traders about the assessment of their proposal (sending emails via APEX is optional, please do it if you can).
• List the details of all conferences.
• List payments made by a given trader (Master-Detail).
• List payments made by a given attendee (Master-Detail).
• List all unpaid invoices.
• List attendees who participated in 3 CEC conferences or more.
• List trader with maximum participation in CEC conferences.
• List all unreviewed proposals.

2. The attendees should be able to use the CEC database system to (attendees are allowed to see their data only):
• Check all detail of all available conferences.
• Fill in the form to attend a conference.
• View their invoices.
• Make a payment.
