10. Produce a list of tenants that started their contract after 2010 and  rented an apartment with more than 3 rooms.  
11. Produce a list to display the apartments with the services that  they offered.  
12. Produce a list to display the apartment number, rent price,  address, city name and country for the apartments that has a garage.  
13.List the contract number, tenant name, building address and service name  with the services offered in each contract.
14.List all cities with “a” as second character. 
15.Calculate the total number of tenants that have a contract.
