PROJECT
Using information from his/her previous essays, the student will write a paper (15-20 pages, excluding title page, abstract, and reference pages) in which strategic considerations related to a topic of the student’s choice (e.g., venture capital, e-commerce, expatriation of staff, etc.) are compared across the six geographic regions addressed in this course. In other words, how does strategic planning for your topic differ across the six different areas? You may use previous sources but must also include at least six new sources in your analysis. After your paper is completed, you will make a virtual presentation during which the instructor may ask questions or provide feedback.

Write an essay incorporating each of the above sources and at least three additional sources, addressing the strategic considerations of doing business in Asian countries. Inasmuch as possible, apply your analysis to your own professional or career interests.

Post-Project Essay: Using the work you have completed since the beginning of the class, revise your first essay on “Global Business.” Write a new essay on the same topic, explaining what you would change, how you would change it, and why. Use at least six sources (you may refer to ones already cited in previous papers) in your revision. Include in the final sections of your new paper a review of what you learned in this course and how you think it will help you in your future coursework, in your dissertation, and career.
