a) Frame 0 is sent and acknowledged.
b) Frame 1 is sent but lost.
c) Frame 1 is resent after a time-out, and acknowledged.
d) Frame 0 is sent and acknowledged is delayed.
e) Frame 0 is resent after the time-out and acknowledged, but the frame is discarded with expecting Frame 1 and acknowledgement has been discarded too.
f) Frame 1 is sent and acknowledged after received the delayed acknowledgement.
