Calendar of Operations: 

The calendar, the farming season of the farm, should be both a written description with the timing of main events on the farm and operations to achieve those events, and an annotated Gantt chart.

4 Orchard Harvesting Schedule 

Present the schedule of fruit production and payments by month identifying yields by variety within the season including packout % and market channel (gate sales, export etc); if relevant also identify deferred payments from the previous season.

5 Cash Forecast Budget & Sensitivity Analysis 

Develop and present a cash forecast budget with values linked to the orchard harvest schedule and from the information gained on the field laboratory providing a cash surplus/deficit for the business for the current year. Sensitise the cash surplus with a range of fruit production and price possibilities.

6 Cash Flow Forecast Budget 

Develop and present a cash-flow forecast budget showing all estimated monthly flow of cash in and out of a bank account taking into account GST and calculating overdraft interest, if applicable, each month.  

7 Discussion 

Discuss the liquidity of the farm business based on the estimates you have presented
