Evaluating teaching sessions is one of the significant characteristics of the teaching process. In Health professional using Questioning technique does more than gathering the information so, according to O’Toole(201 ) appropriate open question technique and effective communication skills has potentially guided us to develop mutual understanding and trust and rapport with peer nursing students. Furthermore,by applying multiple learning theory model has helped us to run the season smooth with individual way learning and teaching.Perspective theory has make us understanding of 3 different viewpoints of Behaviourism, cognitivism and constructivism.However, progressing further deep evaluation of whole lesson plan we found that constructivism was barrier as we were not able to demonstrate practically as some student learn with practical demonstration putting learning into practice.However, we applied Gardern’s multiple intelligence model VAKT and did short role play online for student to demonstrate the procedure of MRI education. Secondly, Pre Assessment technique for example pre quiz and competency work was check to check the knowledge and level of understanding for students.To further evaluate and analyse weather the aim and objectives were achieved for the lesson plan we ask student to to short quiz for our understanding where the knowledge of Gap occurred and post lesson survey was undertaken to evaluate the whole lesson plan for further improvement of the lesson plan. Applying the teach back method in lesson plans helps us to understand the transmission of knowledge to peer students. However, this technique would be a barrier with the number of students of diverse background and multicultural students in the session due to the concise time duration of lesson plans and unable to ask individual questions to students, which might arise in response to any question related to MRI education and procedure steps.Lastly we evaluate the session by partnering to simulate a patient encounter by role-playing as the nurse and the patient, and practiced the teach-back method using the tools for the intervention(Nickels et al., 2019). After having results from our survey we evaluate the effectiveness of our teaching styles and modalities which will help us to adjust or make some changes for the future sessions. It will also help us to evaluate how successfully we have transferred education/information to our peers.
