You are a scrum master. It is a backlog refinement and the team will estimate some PBIs. The energy is low in the room. When the Product Owner has read the PBI aloud and it is time to estimate, all members of the team look at one person: M. M says "5 points", others nod in agreement and PO happily enters the 5 in the tool you use for the backlog.

- Situation B - Daily
You are the scrum master. One of your team members, P, says every day on Daily that it "is going well" and that he "does not need any help". After a few days, you realize that P is still working on the same jira ticket and you can not read from jira if anything has happened at all in this ticket. The rest of the team does not seem to care. P is generally quiet and prefers to work alone. Hen rarely asks for help or initiates collaboration with others in the team.
