Assignment Task 

The Task

1. Council owns two sites, one in the center of the city, the other within the business precinct of Macquarie Park. However, concentrate on the Top Ryde site.

2. You will need to consider whether to amalgamate all of the Council's requirements on one of either site or split the usage over the two sites.

3. If you choose to split, concentrate your detailed proposal on one site (Top Ryde) and provide a brief outline for the second site.

4. Come up with a schematic design concept that potentially satisfies the Council’s requirements.

5. Your design process should include value management to achieve the best outcome.
