• Loops over the supplied input file (submarine.txt) 
o The input file (submarine.txt) contains a list of food items and their prices. 
Assume the prices are static and user will enter the demand quantity to calculate bill.
• Calculates the total bill for each customer and display items, prices, quantity and total bill amount with a goods and service tax of 6% and additional MVR 10.00 for delivery charge.
o The customer with a transaction above MVR 100 will get a message “Congratulations, an electronic coupon will be send to your phone Shortly”
• For the design you must use pseudo-code (p/code) which conforms to the house style
• The pseudo-code must go in a file called SubmarineSUDO.txt
• Of course, the pseudo-code and Java code must match to pass this test.

The file text file should be put into the same package as your Submarine_Sandwichprogram.
