1. This assignment must be completed on an individual basis. No group work. It must be the student's own work. You must clearly indicate if you have objects/components coming from other resources.

b. Online submission of the project supporting documentation: 

i. Submit on the CS COS720 portal not later than 19 May 2020

ii. Submit the following in a normal text/code editable file (no pdf): 

•  2 pages of research overview that relates to your solution. If you have used literature references please include.
• Not more than 3 pages of design diagrams of your solution in UML notation
• Programming code
• A Turnitin report for your submissions 

4. You have to choose one of the following topics to work on: 

a. Project 1 – Design, develop and implement an anonymised message broadcast system.

b. Project 2 - Design, develop and implement a secure telephone 

Examination

The examination covers all the work/lectures provided and discussed during the semester. The exam is a written 3-hour closed book exam. Please make sure to check the course website for any updates towards the end of the semester. The exam date will be announced later and can be obtained directly from the Department of Computer Science.
