Designing Questionnaires from Service and E-servquality Factors- Literature Review

Internal Code: MAS5711 Literature Review The purpose of this project is to collect data to assist in prioritizing a number of online education service quality factors. Questionnaires based on these factors were identified and documented from the previous literature review in Stage 1 of the project, using existing literature of service and e-service quality models. Based on those key elements, an Online Survey website is developed for collecting the data from a sample of students. Key Requirements: 1.) Abstract 2.) Introduction 3.) Literature review 4.)
