1. Genetks. This is the influence of genetic traits inherited frorn your parents on your health status. If 0 = this has no influence on health/illness and 10 = is completely responsible for health/illness. 2. Financial status: this is a person's incorne as well as the overall state of wealth through to poverty which may include assets and inherited wealth, property etc. If 0 = this has no influence on health/illness and 10 = is completely responsible for health/illness. 3. Level of education: this is the level of education attained by a person, for example, if the highest level attained is primary school, secondary school, trade certificate or tertiary education. If 0 = this has no influence on health/illness and 10 = is cornpletely responsible for health/illness. 4. Individual behavkur: this includes behaviours and attitudes around diet, exercise, alcohol, smoking and preventative healthcare. If 0 = this has no influence on health/illness and 10 = is cornpletely responsible for health/illness. 5. Environment: this includes the place and conditions of where the person is born, lives, works, studies and plays. If 0 = this has no influence on health/illness and 10 = is completely responsible for health/illness.
