Analyse the company’s background. Prepare a full case write-up on KPJ Healthcare Berhad covering the following areas:
i) Introduction of KPJ Healthcare Berhad including its Vision and Mission statements, objectives and short-term and long-term goals.
ii) Analyse the company and prepare a SWOT analysis, Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE), External Factor Evaluation (EFE) and Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM).
iii) Analyse its financial positions based on its Annual Report for 2017 and 2018.
