2. Recommend three specific initiatives incorporated in the Cleveland Clinic’s approach to creating high value health services that have relevance for
implementing the Leading Better Value Care Program in NSW.

3. Discuss any factors that could potentially impede the implementation of your recommended actions/changes, and how they could be realistically addressed.
