• Describe the Selected Location and proposed project (Address, site size, type of development (rental, sales, commercial, residential….). Project details are likely to evolve as you progress  through the evaluation (unit sizes, rent/sell, commercial/residential mix, etc..) 

• Prepare a LIST of information you will need to obtain and assumptions you may need to make.  (This list will be updated later with the data and the sources). E.g. Zoning, rental rates,  demographics, selling prices…. ). This is not a final list but will likely be expanded as you develop further.
