(i) Providing detailed Project feasibility report,Preparing/obtaining statutory approvals if any, submitting and obtaining of MCZMA & MOEF clearances& Detailed Estimates etc.
(ii) Providing & submitting detailed design and drawings for Fish Jetty and related structures(3 sets)
(iii) Preparing and submitting proposal for approval of MbPTfor the estimate for all the works included in scope of work based upon MbPT/CPWD/PWD/BMC scheduled of Rates (SOR) and standard Rate Analysis, Market rates etc and total program / bar chart / CPM.
(iv) Preparation of tender documents preparing scrutiny Report and assist in selecting the Contractor after opening of tender documents.

Construction Stage:

(i) Issuing A1 size 3 prints each of final detailed working drawings to the MbPT Engineers & Contractor for execution of work.
(ii) The consultant shall liaison and co-ordinate with the execution team of MbPT as regards supplying working drawings, detailed engineering required including re-design of certain elements of work, if any. The day to day supervision during construction stage is not covered in the scope of consultancy services.

Post Construction Stage:

The consultant shall submit 2 sets of “As Built Drawings” along with one set of soft copy on CD (Latest Auto CAD format) to MbPT for their records after completion of works.
