This assignment requires students to translate the information in the document provided into three different types of content to communication with relevant readerships/audiences.

The aim of the assignment is to maintain the integrity of the information in the original document while communicating the information with consideration of the particular needs and perspectives of each specified readership/audience.
1.   An issues brief for your manager (who is not an IT specialist) (approx. 500 words) (meaning that IT terms should not be used and it should be plain english so he can understand)

2.  An email for IT colleagues (approx. 200 words) (Here, IT Terms/slogans should/can be used in communicating and the communication should be friendly) 

3.  Web content for a defined group of users (approx. 300 words) ( Here, IT terms can be used but in a simple English and friendly communication)
AND the fourth component of this assignment
4.  You must reflect on the communication considerations and challenges you faced in doing this assignment, with reference to concepts and principles introduced in the course.  (approx. 300 words)  (Here, you will bring in the concept and principles which is persuasiveness, usefulness and reader-centeredness.  Here, you wil explain how you didn’t use strong IT terms in writing a brief to the manager and while you did so with an IT colleague which shows you considered reader-centeredness in communicating. You should also be persuasive and prove how your communication was persuasive and useful. 
Referencing can only apply here and it should be UniSa-Havard style of referecing.
