The goal I have selected is to become a Digital marketing specialist. The elements that make the goal SMART are that it is as specific as I want to achieve my goal with the help of e-commerce and owning my projects. The goal is also measurable with the help of different software such as Google Analytics and social blade. I can understand how my progress is going in real-time. The goal is achievable by improving my tenacity and building my mindset that I can be a digital marketing expert. Developing and planning a timeframe will help me in achieving the goal. The goal is also relevant as I can be skilled in the field and make several clients (Saura et al., 2017). The period I require will be 18 months.
This goal is important to me as I want to become my boss and run my own company. There are several skills I think can help me achieve the goal. I have to put up ads for real estate companies that can make me known, and I also have to use YouTube channels. I also need to learn how to measure the effectiveness of a campaign with the help of Google analytics. I can also take help from HubSpot academy. By the end of next year, I can apply for a job after developing the skills.
I can achieve the goal by developing my skill set and completely focusing on the goal without any distractions. It is important to focus on skill as it assists in accomplishing the predetermined goals effectively. I need to gather sufficient information about several projects and learn from the e-commerce sites. The questions that I can ask coach me are:
