Firstly: You need to understand the use case and the assets involved like data, people, hardware, software etc.

Secondly: You need to pinpoint all challenges that are involved before considering Digital Transformation.

Thirdly: You need to pick three technologies that will improve upon the above situation.

Fourthly: You need for each asset involved to perform a threat-vulnerability analysis and identify how to block such threats by suggesting some controls.
